Emily Bett Rickards born July 24, 1991 is a Canadian actor, best known for her role as Felicity Smoak in The CW television series Arrow. Rickards was raised within British Columbia. When she was a child, she began to explore her love for acting through engaging in dance and musical theatre. She graduated from high school early and attended the Vancouver Film School, completing the Acting Essentials program. After completing the program, she attended an audition open to the public and was able to get her an agent. Alida Vocal Studio, Vancouver was where she learned.
